The six festival films will focus on food and environmental issues with a “vision of making a world of difference,” according to the organizers. A portion of ticket proceeds will be directed to a film production and development grant to assist filmmakers who are interested in telling stories about the environment and the effect consumer choices have on it.
“Bag It,” which screens at 7 p.m. Monday night, is the first in the festival that runs through April 12.
