Patricia Arquette was at Ranch 616 on Sunday, raising social media awareness of her charity GiveLove(which works in post-earthquake Haiti to improve public health). In more common terms, they work to clean up the poo. Because, as Danny Trevino said in his interview, "Everybody poops."
Patricia could not have been more friendly and personable.
